Bunurong School Co-operative Limited

Welcome to the Bunurong School Co-operative website.

Bunurong School was established as a parent-run cooperative in South Gippsland, Victoria in 2001. Our goal was to provide a primary-age learning experience, recognising that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability.

The school is no longer running, however the co-operative remains commited to working with the community to raise funds and provide services that advance social or public welfare. In particular, we aim to promote, enable and protect Australian children and adults and their right to play, and to use play to build individual and community resilience and wellbeing.

We are in the process of considering proposals for the development of a playspace that is fully accessible and designed for adults as well as children.
